Horrible service

I opened the account with Vuma and paid on the 2nd week of January, till today they haven't installed or delivered the router.. I went multiple times to their branch to enquire, and the service I got from the employees was very poor... Their social media platforms and other help-line details aren't reliable, they never respond to the texts on Facebook and WhatsApp, they are just horrible at doing their job, its just a waste of time and money
