My experience with Vumatel has been nothing but Horrible.

I changed bank card and update my new details on afrihost system, my installment was niot debtited as a results of that, I rectied that . Accounts was brought uptodate as from the 10/02/2022, I was told line will be back on line after two after hours, I called again i was told line be back after 5 hours, I called again I was told line will be back on line after 24 hours, I called again i am told line will be active before close of business today. lies and bad service is 100% guaranteed.

I rquested a manager to call back from friday u ntil today , service is pathetic and i would never recond anyone to use your services. I did another follow up i am told line is active on Afrihost side and inactive on Vumatel, I requested contact details for vumatel, I am told they dont take calls and they only work via email. This is the worst poorest service i have ever received in my entire life.
