Horrible service

Worst experience by far, I have been having Internet issues for 3 weeks now. At first I thought it was just a small issue and I ignored it, but then after a weeks I logged a ticket with my ISP and now two weeks later still nothing. Internet shows it's connected but there is little to no Internet. I paid for the service but I still need to buy data as I am working from home and everything in my house uses Internet. All they keep saying is they working on it.
