Horrible service!!!

My wifi has been down since Saturday the 22nd April. Vumatel has not provisioned my line and therefore unable to do any work. Afrihost has escalated this issue to Vumatel service delivery manager and nothing has been done since the 22nd of April. Today its the 28th April and still no wifi.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
