Horrible service

You guys have the worst customer service,infact your customer service is non existent,you guys deducted your money on the 1st which was a holiday,now you are telling me you can't see my payment,I sent my bank statement on the 2nd of May and was told it was going to be escalated to billing or finance and I must wait 48hrs,today is Wednesday the 7th and we are still not connected,I had to go to the office because I can't work from home without stable internet...I have sent watsap after watsap and I'm tired of this nonsense now....and I can't even reverse my money
