Horrible Service

I ordered a line to be installed and I have still not had my line installed. I called you and you told me that you tried to contact me multiple times. The only issue is that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLS FROM YOU. I've checked my call list, my voicemail and I have not received anything. I don't know how else I have to prove this to you, but why else would I shoot myself in the foot for something that I'm paying for? I'm so disappointed, is a call the only means of communication in 2019? No email? No SMS? I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning which I changed my schedule for and now it's been cancelled because again "you tried to call me" please fix this. Shocking service.
