Horrible service
I have made arrangements for VUMA heroes to come and install the VUMA CPE in my house and the heroes showed me my wall box which is over 45m from my house.
I then called Jerry their facilitator and he mentioned that to move the wall box will take another 3 months. I find the answer from him is really appalling and not customer focused as i have been looking forward to this day for a while now.
Some houses get done on the same day and with mine it will take 3 months.
The VUMA team dont know what they are doing.
