Horrible service

Its going in for 2 months now and to date vumatel has done nothing to sort out my internet issues , i have sent numerous emails and whatsapp messages and no one is doing anything.i have had to buy data daily just so that i can keep working as i work from home , the one time they responded was just a lousy apology for the inconvenience and that they will get back to me , to date i have heard nothing.
