Horrible service'

Vuma Africa has thee worst service. I have been customer for about 2 years and it feels they only prioritize new clients ! I haven't been able to activate my account for 3 days and the service is horrible! No one actually is helpful. They keep transferring my account to another agent , which starts from scratch and is absolutely no help.
