Horrible service
Every month there's something wrong! I had a network outage from 12 December 2023 and it was only resolved on 4 January 2024 and now again 22 January 2024 your line is down again. What were your technicians doing in December for that long if the line still has technical faults. The service is horrible, I would not recommend anyone to use Vumatel.

23 Jan 2024, 11:30 Its been 24 hours and no communication as to when this issue will be resolved. Looking at your ratings just here on Hellopeter, as a company are you proud of the bad ratings that you are receiving? This on its own should be an indication of how bad you are as a company. I just hate that you put your infrastructure in complexes making it impossible for us to use any other ISP. Please can you resolve this because at this point I'm paying for a service I'm not using. I'm working from home I can't afford not to be disconnected for this long!
