Horrible poor service

I have never seen such nonsense in my life I paid vuma as usually and I spent 10 days without internet connection I struggled to work from home I called them for 5 days they failed to resolve the issue and their WhatsApp it's nonsense 4 days chatting to their machine and when I get an agent she wants to chat to me after midnight what the hell.

You people take us your soweto clients like nothing after 3 days of having internet we back to square one again no connection. They refuse to give me my ISP provider I ended up calling mweb just to be told they don't cover my area.

VUMATEL FIBRE IS ****...they don't know anything about service.
