Horrible Pathetic Service.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with. Our fibre was supposed to be reconnected on the 9th of April, Vuma has been taking us from Pillar to post and we have been getting calls from different people promising us that a technician is coming to check our connection. We got a call from Lerato around 10 am and she promised us that a technician is on the way and should be here at 12 around 12:20 we got another call from Sikhulile who had no idea about the technician. Sikhulile then called us back to ask if Lerato called us back and we haven't had from them since then. We tried calling Vuma contact center after 30 minutes of holding, the line asked us to leave a message. Very pathetic service.
