You service is absolutely horrible!

You sent a technician to replace a perfectly working router with a very slow one, then you proceed to cancel my wifi subscription WHY?!

Your agents told me that I would be refunded for the remaining days, first of all who told you to cancel my subscription? It’s been a full 24 hours without wifi and I’m paying!

This is insanity!
