Horrible internet service providers

Good evening

I am very disgusted in this service. I bought a very expensive surveillance camera system and installed this so called amazing fibre uncapped internet that has been giving me so much trouble. My camera system runs on the internet and because of this terrible internet I have so much downtime on my cameras. This means any thieve can now see people in the area dont have wifi so this makes all our cameras vulnerable. I have a few people who have called me to ask if my internet is on because theirs is off.

We pay for the service advertised by you guys so we expect service asap. Every night we have no internet from 9pm and even at times during the day. They expect us to pay full for a service that we don't benifit in full as advertised.

Can we get this sorted asap or you guys can pay for our cameras to run on a different internet supplier.
