Horrible Fibre company ever!!!!!

It's is such a pathetic service ...I took this service on the 2nd of November I made payment on this day they only connected my service on the 21st of November ..I asked to be compensated for the days i missed out on service and they disconnected my service on the 4th of December I want this rectified immediately I'm getting sick and tired of trying to get assistance from the bot service your team to recruit people to actually speak to us and not machines.i want someone to contact me immediately to resolve this or I'm posting this all over social media to embarrass this pathetic service!!!!!
