Horrible Fibre and Internet servivce in Brackenfell, Cape Town
These guys Vumatel / Afrihost service providers are ripping us off. We pay for 50up/50down and we are not getting close to it. 31up/32down is the closest we get. WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR THEN ??? To log a ticket does not help, multiple tickets logged, seems like Vumatel infrastructure just not up to delivering what paid for and Afrihost ISP throtteling internet services are just as bad in Brackenfell area.

11 Aug 2020, 16:11Your shop.vumatel.co.za homepage provide a connectivity speed test link, which runs/connects through your fibre infrastructure to the point where it provides a connection point of sorts to the ISP. Strange that you would comment that Vumatel Fibre connectivity does not make up part of the speed test if there is clearly a handover between Vumatel and ISP. But not to worry, a Vumatel representative (Technician) was out here today 11 August at 12:00pm and somehow problem has been resolved.
