Horrible experience - Don’t use Vumatel

Had there been no star this would be the case. Not worthy of even 1 star.

Been without fibre for 4 days. Coolideas claims they not able to get in touch with Vumatel. This is absolutely radiculous.

I wouldn’t recommend neither Coolideas or Vumatel. Rather opt for other providers.

No point having a service that doesn’t work, you can’t get support and the service is still billed for a the full amount.
