HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNCOUTH CONSULTANTS!!!!

ATROCIOUS customer service! I made a payment on Friday last week and Thobeka, the consultant I was dealing with advised that I would have an installation done within 2-3 days and it’s been a full week with no lead as to when the installation will be done. I followed up on the matter two days ago and was told to get my landlord to get an affidavit???? Something that definitely wasn’t communicated with me before hand and only mentioned when I decided to take time to follow up seeing that it was day 2 of the 3 days I was promised. Thobeka has completely disappeared on me and is ignoring my texts and calls. I have lost a job offer because of this. I am greatly disappointed to say the LEAST! I can’t believe that I have to run around like this as if you guys are doing me a favour for a service I paid for. I want the whole damn thing cancelled and I want my money back so I can take my business elsewhere.

I am actually disgusted at the one star I have to give them here. If I could I would leave them all greyed out. They deserve NOTHING!
