Horrible customer service from Vumatel/Cool Ideas

Recently ordered Fibre with Vumatel/Cool Ideas and let me tell you that customer service from Telkom and Home Affairs are even better than them. So I called them about my order...First the order was "rejected"and then later I was told to call Cool ideas which then told me to call vumatel. Not sure what kind of service this is where you hold on long for a phone to be answered and then when they answer its the famous "Unfortunately Sir, there is nothing I can do"....you need to call Cool Ideas

Right now I am so ****ed that I may go the LTE route cause the customer service is just not at this company
