Horrible customer service, disgusting arrogance!!!

The customer service standard are on the floor. I think is the worst that I've come across. They don't treat us like paying customers. I have been down for the whole week, and I can even get an mere update. Very arrogant way of doing business, just don't give damn about the customer. When you call the contact center all they say is that they need to log a call and it might get attended to.

I switched ISPs, now they don't want to activate my service. On Wednesday the 3rd of July that the activation failed because the ONT device was offline, meanwhile the device was online and active the entire time, they now installed a new one, 2 days later is not activated.
