Horrible customer service

I would give zero star rating if possible, Very bad customer service and upkeep. They take your money without explaining the entire process, you end up chatting to Zulfa ( the only contact person) who's attitude is disgusting, speaking to people like they're less than. She does not respond or give any information that is of any help. Just the worst experience I had.
