Horrible Customer Service

I am very disappointed with lack of communication from Vumatel. My fibre line has been not been working for the past week. The customer care agents have told me that my ticket has been escalated to their maintenance team but for a week now, I have not received any communication from the maintenance team. My issue is still not resolved!
