Horrible customer service!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, they have *********** agents that promise things and never action it. Even the senior staff members are horrible spoke to 3 supervisors who have done nothing to help the situation to date. I was incorrectly advised by the agents that migration for my Fibre line was possible only to be told after I made payment that they can't do that. Now it's been 3 weeks back and forth with them and no resolution. I have no Fibre connection and work from home. Total robots they have no consideration for money and time that I have lost trying to resolve this. For 3 years I have supported this company and I am regretting this decision!!!
