Horrible customer service

I’ve been without internet for 5 days with no joy from Vumatel nor my ISP. I keep getting empty promises made by Vumatel, ridiculous comments on what the issue is, they send a technician who changes a fibre box but acknowledges that it did not fix the problem but still he leaves. I need to continuously call and ask for feedback,ask for the issue to be escalated but to no avail. Don’t use them- bad service, bad attitude. No regard for the impact on the life of their customers- a do-not-care attitude!
