Horrible Customer service

I paid for my order but still my account suspended. I am being taken from pillar to post. Even the service provider sent email to Vuma sales team but till today they have not responded or gotten back to me. When you call you stay on the line for hours. Only to be told they will re-escalate my query and I will have to wait another 24 hrs before I can receive an update. I am currently very frustrated as I now need to buy data just to work. Only one consultant was helpful, the other dropped the phone in my ear. The other did not have any empathy.
