HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

WiFi has been down from Thursday, reported the fault at first no fault was logged. And then it was logged but no progress, supposedly it's an area outage in Vosloorus. No progress report or ETA just silence. The inconvenience caused and the fact that no reimbur*****t will be issued. Bad customer service doesn't begin to explain this.
