Horrible customer care

Vumatel can't answer a simple question, I'm having a problem with my ISP trying to take the line but another company is connected and is blocking my desired company from taking it. I need help in sorting this out, I spoke to 5 different people where each person transferred me to a different department with the final person LITERALLY PICKING UP THE CALL AND HANGING UP STRAIGHT AWAY. This is a company that does not care about their consumers but rather lining their pockets, taking tips from our beloved government on how to deceive others.
