Horrible company Vumatel based in Cape Town

I have had the worst experience with this company,directors management and staff are no help at all I paid for a 40mb fiber line and git 5mb upload and between 2 and 3 mb download every evening..I had tried to make contact with them to get management to phone and call me with no success I also asked to be compensated for the month as the internet (fiber line and speed is not what I paid for...due to no success they cut my internet without communication or fixing the problem,the company mainly operates in Phoenix durban kzn please people do not sign up with this company you will be sorry..very very bad service no care for customers taking advantage of the people in poor areas,head office cape town..I will also post this on all social media platforms..don't do it people
