Horrible client service
Worst experience trying to get support from a company. No email just a useless callcenter. My line was cancelled by Wondernet to be used on RSAWEB but RSAWEB says that the line is still in use. I cannot get VUMATEL to check because my ISP has to log a ticket. ISP says line has been released. What to do now VUMATEL?
