********** service Vumatel and Vox

Absolutely ********** service. Been without fibre in Bryanston for 7 days now. I'm still paying Vumatel and Vox for a service none of them can deliver on.. It's absolutely ******** that these guys seem to think they can get away with charging you and delivering absolutely nothing in return. Have been told the same recurring story about a fibre break and not one these idiotic technical help people can tell you when it will be fixed. Vumatel and Vox deserve a fat zero!

I asked Vox if I would get a refund from the or Vumatel for taking my money and delivering zero service and I was told the contract didn't provide for it. Utterly pathetic!
