********** service! Just, shocking!

Vumatel has the most shocking service ever! I requested to migrate my line 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for them to provision and activate my line. I have been following up daily and each day is a new excuse which has a minimum 48hr turn around. I am in awe at the blasé attitude and complete disregard for the inconvenience of paying customers. What a frustrating experience!
