HORRENOUS!

After Vumatel shut thier call center down on 01 April 2021 its been an extreme struggle to get their assistance because now their customers have to contact their ISP to log tickets which take forever. I've been calling RSAWEB everyday for about a week now to get Vumatel to activate my fibre line after they have installed my fibre box last week Monday. The service is ridiculous on both ends, i just get told that a ticket has been logged or the matter has been escalated, no one gets back to me its shocking.
