Hopeless situation with Vumatel/Cell C fibre

I have had problems with Vumatel/ Cell C fibre for months!!!! Cell C would forward mails to Vumatel and nothing happens. They are quick to react with ticket number as soon as they see Hello Peter, but nothing else gets done. Service gets cancelled without my instructions and then takes weeks to get it up and running. I really do not know what else to do. This issue does not get resolved at all... and I pay nearly R1000 per month. Latest ticket CF 001301.
