Hopeless
With Vuma it is guaranteed that you will be without internet at least one day a week. Now they are saying they need 10 days to fix the issue and you will be without internet for 10 days ! By the way you have to pay for all 30 days a month for their non existent service. Vuma is finding new lows day by day. Thanks for messing up my work for months.

11 Dec 2022, 12:49Four days and still can't even get an ETR. Most of the units in my same complex have internet so definitely it's not a major fault. The thing is that you guys don't care and know that the idiots like me don't have a choice because it's the only service provider in the complex. And I'm paying for the days without service. I feel like I'm ****med by vumatel and cool ideas.
