Homemove - Misleading

I am writing this today without any internet services, I am with Vumatel and webafrica is the host/ Provider there website and online services is misleading, I needed to move homes and on the website there is an option to move home which indicates a slogan so misleading ''MOVING HOME CAN BE STRESSFUL, BUT MOVING YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION SHOULDN’T BE. WE CAN’T PACK YOUR BOXES OR CARRY YOUR FURNITURE, BUT WE CAN MAKE MOVING YOUR INTERNET A BREEZE''. It actually is not a breeze it is a headache, spoke to an agent who advised that cancellation needs to be one month, now I have paid for a service I am not using in a home I am not staying at, the services have not even been installed in my new address and I am without internet.
