Fiber installation Paid and booked for 19/08/2020 at 4pm. via Web Africa Vumatel Technician showed up at 14:30 and mentioned that I need to lift the paving and dig the trench as he does not do that and I need to provide an extension cord for his power tools to drill. (this is not stipulated anywhere and was not mentioned telephonically either) Technician proceeded to leave, about 3min later I received a call from the Technician, “Hi Mr. Abrahams, I got another job and will not be returning but someone else will, I spoke to the office they said it ok and someone will call you” No one contacted me and no other technician came out, I proceed to lift my paving after 10pm last night (after a very, very long work day), could not dig any trenches as it started raining. I have several neighbors with the same issue. Why is this done in other arears but cannot be done in Grassy Park? My experience so far with VUMATEL This is pathetic and disgusting service, THAT I PAID FOR…..
