Highly livid with the service

The service is pathetic and disgusting ! I'm am highly disappointed, dissatisfied with the service I am beyond livid. No one is ever willing to assist. As we speak I am stuck with this Fibre that I'm not even able to connect to, when I try to get assistance all I get is "I'm not the one to assist with your query"
