Hiding from customers

I'm trying to get my line details for my Vuma fibre line. The web page at https://shop.vumatel.co.za/network-details does not work. On their contact page at https://shop.vumatel.co.za/info/faq, they list a phone number and an email address, but the email address bounces, and the phone number just says that their call centre is not operational. One their contact page at https://vumatel.co.za/contact-us, all they give is contact details for other ISPs. It seems that they have had a deluge of complaints, and their response was to systematically ensure that it is impossible for any customer to ever get hold of them.
