Help!

I need help it's been two weeks I'm struggling with vuma my speed is low they keep on giving me tickets upon tickets...and now my WiFi is off 3days now I'm tired off them now there is no competition for them in Parkside area that's why they slacking now month end money must be payed up full but you can't enjoy your WiFi at all so please. I hope any fibre installation can come this side cause im tired of them now... you can't reach them I left 3 voice messages already I'm not mistaken...I even tried herotel for fibre nothing at all I wish someone can come and also install in out areas....
