Headache getting 2nd fibre line Internet connection

If I could rate minus stars I would!!!Been over a week waiting for these guys to get back to me regarding a 2nd line to the address where I stay in a cottage at the back of the main residence!!! Im assuming that because there is fibre in the main house thats why its taking so long but the more I think about it this is ridiculous and cant see how this can take so long because the infrastructure is already laid into the main house so it shouldn't be that big of a deal to get connected to the back cottage but I still wait for some up update on whats going on!!! I cannot work nor watch tv or anything else since I canceled with other service provider as of the first of December and been trying to get connected through vuma and afrihost ever since and yet I still sit with no news or updates or anything!!
