Handsdown the worts company that exists

This is without a doubt the worst company that exists. Their service is shocking, they do not care about customers. You are not able to speak to them and can only go through your ISP. Their staff lies, they never honour a commitment. I have been without internet for 6 days. My ISP has contacted them and logged calls for days now. If I hear one more promise that they will come out today I will lose it. You are the worst company................... useless......
