Handed over for collection

Morning, it looks like my battle with Vumatel is not going to end any time soon. Instead of engaging me about the problem that aroused between us,they have decided to take a rough path to settle the score. My account has been referred to the attorneys for collection dated the 3rd November 2025. I don't know how this is going to be construed by the current clientele and those who are contemplating to utilize their services. That is if there's any impasse of some sort, it will not be resolved by engaging one another but they will use their financial muscles to fight and subdue.their customers which i believe is not healthy and sound for any business to survive under this unfavorable economic environment. Their intentions are unsavory , non-visionary, unprofitable and destructive.
