Grey Box Wrong Side
When vumatel put the grey boxes on the wall they didn't ask us where we want it and in the week the guys came to split it they said the layout where the box is is wrong it should have been on the other side. I did report this to vumatel but no one came back to me for the past 2 weeks. We where at our house the whole time but no one asked or looked at the layout where the grey box should have been.
Also I'm trying to get through to vumatel but keep on holding on for almost 30 minutes, but no luck of someone answering the phone on there side.
