☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️Greedy agent!!! Bad service!!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

I got a call yesterday from the agent called Millicent. She went through everything helping me to get wifi. She then gave me easypay ref to pay R399.00. After few min the guy by the name of Thato phoned me and i told him that someone is helping me. He went on and cancelled the arrangement i made with Millicent with the aim to take her sale. I was not aware, i made a payment using the Thato's ref now it's his sale, he is not helping me further. I am stuck☹️! If the agents are *****ing each others sales the shouldn't inconvenience the customers. Thato caused all this nonsense!!! He is greedy!!!

I need to be connected as soon as possible, i am working from home.
