Great Service Telephonically & Technically

<p>My wifi had gone down 2 days ago and my Service Provider initially contacted Vumatel and advised that it was down and they sent someone out the next day to fix the problem. </p> <p>Unfortunately, the wifi still didn't work, so I logged a call myself and spoke to a very friendly, knowledgeable lady named Tshidiso (I think). </p> <p>She knew exactly where her technicians were and made a plan for them to meet me at home at 11:30am.</p> <p>They were there at exactly 11:30, and found that the initial call out team didn't splice the wires correctly.</p> <p>I was back up and running at 12:00pm.</p> <p>The two technicians that came through were knowledgeable, friendly and very accomodating.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a refreshing experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks Vumatel.</p>
