Great service from Vuma

I just need to give Simon and Gift from Vuma a great review, my fibre was off, and even though they did not yet receive the call from my ISP that I logged earlier in the day, they were working on a neighbors' problem, and they sorted mine out as well, when they did not have to, as they did not have my ticket number yet. Over-and-above service is so rare nowadays, it is fantastic to get this kind of service from these 2 guys, 5 stars !
