Great Service Frank from Vumatel

In todays world, when you internet goes down, it is almost as though life itself has stopped, so against all odds and here I mean ESKOM load shedding which is destroying infrastructure and equipment, Vumatel worked tirelessly the whole weekend to resolve my connectivity problem which they did on Sunday afternoon. I only know him as Frank, thank you Frank, your commitment to resolve the problem was exemplary colleagues were your colleagues were not as forth coming (send them to Telkom), you saw the problem through. They should make you head of complaint resolution. None the less you work for Vumatel and my problem was resolved over a weekend, which says a lot for your service.
