Great repair service from Vumatel

We logged a fault with our fibre line on a Saturday afternoon. Within fifteen minutes somebody called from Vumatel to confirm our address, and prosper that a technician would make contact. Within two hours there was a Vumatel technician at our door. Max was his name. He was brilliant - competent, conscientious, polite and friendly. He found the fault and spliced our broken fibre line there and then using an amazing piece of tech kit. The whole experience was excellent.
