Great customer care by Twitter team.

We usually xme here to complain when things aren't going our way, and use this platform for accessimg a speedy solution, but I want to give great appreciation to the Twitter team of Vumatel, they helped me for weeks on an installation problem I was facing I tried many things and failed but they were able to stay in communication and assist with getting fibre installed, they would call and communicate well and clearly the process, so the lady working there is awesome.
