Great Ambassador of Vumatel - Mr Reyaad Bapoo

I have been battling to get My ISP to get me connected with little follow-up from my ISP despite an email or two as an "escalation" to Vumatel. On email trail I saw an address and number of a Vumatel personnel. I contacted the person out of desperation and I was gobsmacked by the reception and service received. I received contstant updates and he hand held me through this process. What an amazing ambassador of Vumatel. Within 10 days I was up and running.
